UX design and email design for customer rewards programs for both igourmet.com and mouth.com. This included launching the first ever rewards program for igourmet and a complete overhaul for the existing Mouth program. Customers can earn points for their purchases and redeem on future orders, this required an extensive communication plan, testing & project management for implementation (in conjunction with partners at Yotpo) as well as several trainings and discussions with the customer service team prior to launch.
